The figures are shocking, to say the least. The IT sector, which prides itself on a dream paymaster, seems to be anything but. A Business Today TV analysis shows that while CEO salaries in top-tier IT companies rose 1,500% on average in the past 10 years, the salary of freshers was up only 45 to 50%.
