“Congress Established Only 74 Airports In 70 Years, Modi Govt Did It In Nine”: Scindia

Scindia lauds remarkable progress achieved under Modi government's tenure. In 65 years, we had 74 airports in India. In the last 9 years, we've built an additional 74 airports, heliports, and waterdromes, doubling it to 148 & we will take this number to over 200 in the next 4 years. Combining the private and government sectors, we are planning to invest Rs 1 lakh crores for airports, Says Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia.
