Punjab is reeling under monsoon fury. Sutlej river is flowing above the danger mark. Rupnagar and Mohali are worst hit. Union territory and state capital Chandigarh is also facing rain wrath. The Sukhna lake floodgates are opened. It's the first time in history the lake is overflowing.
