The final countdown has begun for the Narendra Modi government's thirteenth budget. Experts believe that a larger segment of the budget will be dedicated to infrastructure. Massive investments have been earmarked for highways, seaports, airports, railways, urban connectivity, and smart cities. This allocation represents 3.4% of the GDP. According to an SBI report, this amount could be further enhanced by 70,000 crore rupees to 11.8 lakh crore in next week’s budget.
