Rahul Gandhi’s First Reaction On Kerala’s Wayanad Landslides In Lok Sabha

Former Wayanad MP and Congress Leader Rahul Gandhi expressed condolences over the loss of lives in the landslides in the Kerala district, in which several people are still trapped and missing. The opposition leader has expressed anguish over the landslide at Chooral Mala in Wayanad. Rahul Gandhi said he would request Union ministers to provide all assistance possible to Wayanad. Meanwhile, central and state authorities have launched massive search and rescue operations. The Kerala State Disaster Management Authority has said that Fireforce and NDRF teams have been deployed to the affected area, with an additional NDRF team en route to Wayanad.
