Shaktikanta Das Says Indian Banking System Resilient

Reserve Bank of India Governor Shaktikanta Das has reiterated that the Indian banking system remains unaffected by the Adani controversy. Just a couple of hours after he announced a hike in the repo rate, the RBI Governor was fielding questions on the Adani issue. He said all steps have been taken to increase resilience and safety in banks and that guidelines on various issues ensure that the financial system remains protected.
