Tuhin Kanta Pandey Says SEBI May Pilot Regulated Pre-IPO Trading Platform With Key Disclosures

At FICCI’s 22nd Annual Capital Markets Conference 2025 in Mumbai, SEBI Chairman Tuhin Kanta Pandey said the regulator is “toying” with the idea of a regulated pre-IPO trading platform on a pilot basis. The move, if implemented, would allow unlisted companies to trade subject to disclosures, giving investors more information before IPOs.
