120 Vs Thousands!: Rajnath Recalls Rezang La Courage, India Pays Tribute

Speaking on India’s military legacy, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh highlighted the extraordinary bravery of Indian soldiers during the 1962 Battle of Rezang La, where just 120 troops fought thousands of enemy forces till their last breath. He said India has honoured this sacrifice by building a grand war memorial at Rezang La, along with another memorial in Galwan for fallen soldiers. Emphasising the government’s focus on veterans, he noted efforts toward rehabilitation, employment, and dignity after service. Rajnath Singh also underlined India’s rich historical legacy, including Kerala’s role in global trade and cultural exchange.
