She emphasized that while algorithms are designed to maximize engagement and profits, newsrooms operate on values such as moderation, calibration, and editorial judgment. Explaining TV Today Network's "AI Sandwich" philosophy, she underlined that AI should enhance efficiency, but final editorial decisions must always remain in human hands.
