“They Fired on Ram Devotees”: CM Yogi Targets SP-Congress Over Ayodhya Donation Theft Row

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched a sharp attack on the Samajwadi Party and Congress over their criticism of the alleged Ram Mandir donation theft. He accused previous governments of firing on Ram devotees, obstructing the temple’s construction and disrespecting Hindu faith. Yogi said the state formed an SIT at the Ram Temple Trust’s request and that eight accused have been arrested. He argued that action against individuals should not become an excuse to defame Ayodhya, the Trust or Ram Janmabhoomi. Yogi also said Ayodhya’s religious revival has significantly boosted tourism, investment and the local economy in recent years.
