Power discom launches scheme to reward 'green customers'

There will be a lucky draw for the participants every fortnight and one customer will be announced as winner.

Power discom Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (TPDDL) has launched a campaign for rewarding customers who pay their bills online.

"The 'green customer' campaign aims at promoting the use of online mode of payment amongst the customers as well as opting for e-bills, thereby helping in the reduction of paper waste," an official statement said. "After paying the bill online, the customers should share the bill no. on TPDDL's Facebook page along with hashtag (#GreenCustomer) and tag @TataPower.DDL," it added.
