The issue is valued at 19.6 times FY26 P/E, below the peer average of 70.6 times and close to Dynacons Systems at 16.4 times. PAT margin declined to 3.26 per cent, while RoNW fell to 24.96 per cent, said Swastika Invesrmart.
"Its debt-to-equity ratio also increased to 0.96 times, indicating higher leverage. The top five customers contributed 76.66 per cent of FY26 revenue, increasing dependence on a limited client base. The valuation appears reasonable, but declining profitability, higher leverage and customer concentration remain key risks," it added with a 'neutral' rating.
Anand Rathi Share & Stock Brokers Rating: Subscribe for long-term The company is valued at 26.2 times FY26 P/E and 17.83 times FY26 EV/EBITDA. It has ventured into Renewable Energy PPA segments, which are capital-intensive and may further impact its return ratios, said SBI Securities.
"Considering its order-book visibility and business diversification, balanced against weak earnings growth, capital-intensive expansion and execution risks, we assign a 'neutral' rating to the issue and would prefer to track its performance for a few quarters post-listing," it added.
Religare Broking Rating: Neutral ArMee also faces client concentration risk, with a significant contribution from a limited customer base. The declining bid success ratio highlights challenges in securing new projects. Compared with its listed peers, the company remains weaker on key profitability and efficiency parameters. Considering these factors, we assign a 'neutral' rating, said Religare Broking.
