BSE issues master circular for listing requirements

Leading bourse BSE on Friday issued a master circular laying down guidelines for listing of securities on its platform.

Leading bourse BSE on Friday issued a master circular laying down guidelines for listing of securities on its platform.

The circular contains all documents and requirements needed for listing, further listing, delisting and forfeiture of securities at one place.

In order to enable stakeholders to have access to all the applicable requirements for listing, further listing, delisting and forfeiture of securities at one place, it has been decided to compile all the checklists into a single master circular, BSE said.

Further the exchange said, it may be noted that the documents and requirements mentioned in the master circular are the basic requirements and that in certain cases, further documents/requirements may be called for as and when deemed necessary, in the interests of proper scrutiny and public disclosure.
