Delhi HC Allows Service Charge At Restaurants & Hotels

Restaurants have been allowed to levy a service charge from you every time you go out to eat with your family. The Delhi High Court today stayed a two-week old order by the Central Consumer Protection Authority which had barred restaurants from charging extra on food bills. Restaurants, as expected, have welcomed the court order.
