Helmet, harness for your kids

It could be mandatory for children on two-wheelers to be fitted in harnesses or special seats by the end of the next year. Not only that, if the new rules proposed by the government are implemented, children as young as 9 months will have to fitted with helmets. Chetan Bhutani reports.
