In the aftermath of former Tata Sons chairman Cyrus Mistry’s death in a road accident in Maharashtra’s Palghar district, the Delhi Traffic Police on Wednesday launched a drive to push people to use rear seat belts, failing which they will have to pay a penalty of Rs 1,000.
