Delhi - Noida Toll BridgeThis toll bridge connects Delhi with Noida across the Yamuna river. It was developed and constructed on a Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) format by the Noida Toll Bridge Company Limited incorporated as a Special Purpose Vehicle, with equity participation from NOIDA (New Okhla Industrial Development Authority). Promoted by IL&FS, it is also India's first project to have Electronic Toll Collection.

Ranchi - Patratu Dam RoadConceived to provide better connectivity between towns of Jharkhand, this 4/2 lane road connects the cities of Ranchi and Patratu. It has five major bridges, and covers 35 kms.It has improved inter-city accessibility boosting local businesses. The road passes through hilly terrain and has some aesthetically designed curves.

Chenani - Nashri TunnelKnown also as the Patnitop Tunnel, it creates reliable all-weather connectivity between Chenani and Nashri. It cuts down 31 kms of the Jammu-Srinagar distance and is the fastest project to be completed in India's Himalayan region. At 9.28 km, this is the longest road tunnel in India, and Asia's longest bi-directional tunnel.

Baleshwar Kharagpur ExpresswayIt is a four lane project situated on National Highway 60. The National Highway Authority of India mandated ITNL to develop existing 119 km of the National Highway 60 from Baleshwar to Kharagpur. The length of the expressway is 119.30km. It has 4 major bridges and 48 minor bridges with two toll plazas.

Tripura Power ProjectOil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) and IL&FS, with IDFC and the Government of Tripura promoted the ONGC Tripura Power Company Limited (OTPC). It was set up with the objective of monetisation of gas, which had been lying idle for want of adequate market in the region. The project supplies power to Tripura's neighbouring states, and has attracted unprecedented investments to the North Eastern Region. It is also known as Palatana power plant.

Gujarat International Finance Tec- City (GIFT)Gujarat Urban Development Company Limited (on behalf of the Govt of Gujarat) and IL&FS have jointly developed Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT). It is India's first multi-service SEZ with IFSC status, which will cater to the country's large financial services market by offering global firms world-class infrastructure and facilities. The business hub is operational with approximately 12 leading Indian banks clocking foreign currency business transactions worth $12 billion.

The Sports Hub TrivandrumThe Sports Hub is India's first international standard cricket-cum-football stadium, and was developed on a public-private partnership model. It received the prestigious David Vickers Award for New Venue of the Year, in the Stadium Business Awards 2016. Built on 37 acres, the stadium has a total capacity of 50,000 persons. The Sports Hub houses TENVIC, set up by Anil Kumble and Vasanth Bharadwaj, which trains over 150 students every day.
