Brigade Enterprises reported its highest-ever real estate sales of 7.55 million square feet for the financial year ending March 2024. The company's total revenue surged by 42% over FY23, reaching ₹5,064 crore, while EBITDA grew by 39% to ₹1,362 crore. Total collections increased by 9%, amounting to ₹5,915 crore, with net cash flow from operations standing at ₹1,575 crore. In Q4 FY24, revenue skyrocketed by 102% to ₹1,763 crore, with real estate revenue soaring by 143% to ₹1,390 crore. Leasing revenue grew by 32% to ₹247 crore, and the hospitality sector saw a 13% increase, reaching ₹126 crore. EBITDA for Q4 doubled, increasing by 113% to ₹493 crore, while PAT jumped by 234% to ₹211 crore.
