PNB Housing Finance posted a robust 57% YoY surge in its quarterly profit after tax, reaching Rs 444 crore in Q4 FY23-24. Sequentially, the net profit witnessed a notable 28.01% increase. This uptick in profit was primarily attributed to escalating net interest margins and enhanced asset quality.
