TeamLease Services delivered a stable fourth-quarter performance for FY26, reporting a 25.6% year-on-year rise in net profit to ₹43.9 crore, while revenue increased 2.3% to ₹2,924.9 crore. Despite the improvement in profitability, EBITDA declined marginally during the quarter, with margins remaining flat at 2%. The bigger announcement, however, came from the company’s board, which approved a share buyback worth up to ₹238 crore at a price of ₹1,600 per share through the tender offer route. The proposed buyback represents 8.87% of the company’s paid-up equity capital as of March 31, 2026, and will now await shareholder approval.
