The government will raise investment in infrastructure by $11.3 billion to boost growth, finance minister Arun Jaitley said on Saturday.
"The government will spend Rs 70,000 crore ($11.3 billion) next fiscal to upgrade infrastructure and attract foreign investment", the finance minister said in Parliament as he unveiled his government's first full budget.
