Country's largest software services firm Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) said Sweden's Lansforsakringar Bank has selected its BaNCS platform.
In addition, TCS will also provide system integration and support services to ensure a smooth transition for the Bank's current environment, TCS said in a statement.
No financial details were not disclosed. Present in the Nordic region since 1991, TCS has around 9,000 professionals working in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Iceland and across its Global Network Delivery Model, servicing leading Nordic companies.
In another statement, TCS said it has set up a new office in Toronto as a hub for technical innovation and partner collaboration. The facility, spread over 50,000 sq ft, will help TCS Canada serve more than a 100 large Canadian enterprises from coast-to-coast. It also has additional offices in Montreal, Calgary and Vancouver.
