Tata Motors now offers three electric SUVs — the Curvv EV, Sierra EV, and Harrier EV. Launched June 30, the Sierra slots between the other two in price and size. But on features, it leads the pack. We break down exactly how all three compare, so you don't have to guess.

The c (4,340mm) sits between the Curvv (4,310mm) and the Harrier (4,607mm) in length. But it's 113mm taller than the Curvv and slightly taller than the Harrier too — giving it the most upright, commanding stance of the three. Boot space: 450 litres vs Curvv's 500L.

The mid-spec Sierra EV (75kWh RWD) claims 665 km of range — the highest of all three. The Harrier EV 75kWh claims 627 km and the Curvv EV (55kWh) claims 502 km. Both the Sierra and Harrier support 120kW DC fast charging: 20–80% in just 25–26 minutes.

The Sierra EV QWD (AWD) variant claims 0–100 kmph in 5.8 seconds — half a second quicker than the Harrier EV QWD (6.3s) and 2.8 seconds quicker than the Curvv EV (8.6s). The Sierra's AWD combines a 238hp rear motor with a 140hp front motor for a combined torque of 504 Nm.

The Sierra EV is the only Tata EV with an augmented-reality head-up display (AR HUD), a dedicated 12.3-inch front passenger screen, AirConsole in-car gaming (phone synced to infotainment), a 12-speaker JBL Black audio system with Dolby Atmos, and an EV route planner.

All three Tata EVs come with Level 2 ADAS, V2L and V2V capability, ventilated front seats, panoramic sunroof, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, 4 regen modes, paddle shifters, a gesture-activated tailgate, and Arcade.ev suite. They cover the essentials well.

The Curvv EV is the value pick. The Harrier EV is the spacious family choice with 7 airbags and a 14.5-inch screen. The Sierra EV is the feature king — with the most tech, fastest acceleration, and longest range in its 75kWh trim. The Rs 3 lakh premium over the Harrier buys a lot.
