Apple has officially announced the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. Apple claims it to be the best iPhone ever made. Here is a quick look at the top 10 features of the iPhone7 and iPhone 7 Plus.
#1: Design: Two new finishes - Jet Black and Black. To be available in five colours - gold, silver, rose gold, jet black and black.
#2: Home button: The home button on iPhone has been redesigned and the force touch as on the MacBook comes to iPhone. It's called Taptic feedback that can be used for Quick Actions, messages, notifications and ringtones.
#3: Water and dust resistant: iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus are reengineered from inside out with IP 67 protectin standard that makes it water and dust resistant.
#4: Camera on iPhone 7 & 7Plus: Has optical image stabilization, six-element lens and new 12MP sensor, quad-LED flash. It has got optical image stabilization, captures RAW camera images as well as wide colour capture too. iPhone 7 gets 7MP FaceTime camera from the 5MP on predecessor. iPhone7 Plus gets two 12MP cameras lenses built-in - telephoto and wide angle - can capture DSLR like images and can go up to 2x optical zoom.
#5: Retina HD Display: iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus gets 25% better display than the predecessor and wide colour gamut cinema standard colour management. This has been integrated in the Apple iPhone 3D touch display.
#6: Audio: iPhone 7 gets stereo speakers - one at the bottom and other at the top - with twice the volume than the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus.
#7: Apple Earpods: iPhone7 and iPhone 7 plus gets lightning headphones. Along with the lightning headphones, iPhone will come with lighting to headphone jack adapter too.
#8: Apple Earpods: The new wireless headphones. Double tapping activates Siri. Each Earpod provides 5 hours of battery and comes with a compact charging case. Opens the case and it instantly connects to the iPhone. Also connects to Apple Watch and instantly switches between devices for listening. It packs in a lot of technology starting with a new W1 chip. The case offers 24 hour life.
#9: Performance: Apple gets new generation chip - A10 fusion. It is a 64-bit 4 core processor. The first two cores are high performance cores, which area 40% faster than A9 Plus. Other two are high-performance core.
#10: Apple Pay: Apple Pay comes to Japan with Felica technology.
