POLO POLITA

Ingredients

Melon puree: 15 ml
Vodka: 45 ml
Triple Sec: 10 ml
Lime juice: 5 ml
Watermelon

How?

Mix the puree, vodka, Triple Sec and lime juice in a shaker and shake well. Pour the mix out into a short glass. Cut three watermelon cubes and skewer them together on a pick. Garnish the drink with the watermelon pick and serve.

Lemon cut into eight pieces
Cachaca: 50 ml
Sugar: 2 tablespoonfuls
Crushed ice

How?

Muddle the lime pieces and sugar at the bottom of a small glass. Add Cachaca. Add one cup of crushed ice. Cover and shake vigorously. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve.

WHITE WINE SPRITZER

Ingredients

White Wine: 150 ml
Crème de Menthe: 10 ml
Lemonade
Crushed ice

How?

Take the wine and liqueur and mix them in a tall glass. Pour a cup of crushed ice into the mix. Top it up with lemonade and serve.

Bombay Sapphire Gin: 45 ml
Triple Sec: 10 ml
Honey Dew
Melon Puree: 15 ml
Ice
7-Up

How?

Mix the puree, vodka, Triple Sec and lime juice in a shaker and shake well. Pour the mix out into a short glass. Cut three watermelon cubes and skewer them together on a pick. Garnish the drink with the watermelon pick and serve.

CARIBBEAN SUN CHASER

Ingredients

Bacardi Rum: 45 ml
Monin Coco liqueur: 10 ml
Pineapple juice: 30 ml
A slice of pineapple

How?

Mix the rum, pineapple juice and liqueur in a shaker and shake well. Pour it into a glass, garnish it with a pineapple wedge and serve.

GLACIER BLUE MARTINI

Ingredients

Blue Sapphire Gin: 30 ml
Vodka: 15 ml
Blue Corazon: 5 ml
Crushed ice
Red 3

How?

Pour the gin, vodka and liqueur in a shaker and shake well. Place the Martini glass in a small tumbler of crushed ice. To add contrast to the blue Martini, mix some red additive, like Red 3, to the ice bed and serve.

BUBBLEGUM MARTINI

Ingredients

Bailey’s Irish Cream: 15 ml
Crème de Banana liqueur: 15 ml
Cointreau: 15 ml
Crushed ice

How?

Shake three equal portions of the liqueurs in a cocktail shaker and pour into a Martini glass. Place the Martini glass in a small tumbler of crushed ice and serve.

STRAWBERRY MARTINI

Ingredients

Bombay Sapphire Gin: 45 ml
Crème de Fraise (a strawberry-flavoured liqueur): 5 ml
Extra Dry Martini: 5ml
Crushed ice and a red rose

How?

Pour the gin, liqueur and Martini into a shaker, shake well and pour into a Martini glass. Place in a small tumbler of crushed ice, garnish it with a rose petal and serve.
