ADD SOME POWER, PLEASE This is regarding the cover story
"Theatre in your phone" (G&G June 2013). Despite the host of new applications coming to the mobile phone, battery life is not yet adequate for them to last long durations after a charge.
Along with long battery life, companies should also strive to give quick charging to customers. The goal should be to charge a smartphone in a few minutes. But this should not mean that phone once again start adding weight. They should remain slim and lightweight so that they can be carried conveniently. I am sure this can be achieved with research and innovation.
