WHAT ABOUT THE SMALLER TABLETS?
There are so many tablets in the market now. Could you do acover story on the best 7-inch Tablets that are currently available in India, namely the Samsung Galaxy Plus, Lenovo Ideapad A1, Acer Iconia A100, Reliance3G Tab, HCL Me X1, iBall Slide and the XTab. It would be really illuminating tolearn about the CPU, GPU, RAM, ROM, Android version, price, and hardwaredifferences among these. - Sandip Roy, Via Email

We did a comprehensive cover story on tablets in the Decemberissue. Some 7-inch tablets were included in the story. But thanks for yoursuggestion-and wait for a story on the comparative merits of 7-inch tablets.

THE WAIT FOR NOVELTY
From the days when watching a 3D movie was a rare treat, weare now at a stage where this amazing technology is now in the living rooms ofour homes ("2D to 3D", December 2011). But the problem is the lack of content. We bought our LCD television sets and waited all these years for highresolutioncontent. Only now are we getting channels in hi-defition and we know differentTV watching has become. Hopefully, content providers, especially TV serial andmovie makers, will start churning out 3D stuff for our homes. Then surely, 3Dwill become a true TV phenomenon. - Rupin Bhandari, Dehradun

IMAGINE, A MOBILE LIFESAVER!
When I read the story on mobile operating systems ("What thenew mobile OS is all about", December 2011), I realised that perhaps the mobilephone can become a weapon against terrorism. Someone can invent a phone that, perhaps with electronic waves, can smell out tRDX and other explosivematerials, and determine its exact location. These can be used by investigativeagencies and they can be placed at various spots-crowded places, trains, airports, on buses, etc. A beep or a red light can signal the presence ofexplosives. Such a mobile, if manufactured, can help the authorities locate anddefuse bombs and help save innocent human lives. - Mahesh Kapasi, New Delhi

COVER UP
Is it really necessary to have naked girls on the cover of atech magzine? Looks like a cheap trick for sales to me. - Dwij Mishra, via email

PRICELESS!
I look forward to getting everyissue of G&G. When will you add the conversion to dollars of all rupee pricing? That would be useful. - Nelson (sureowl@gmail.com)
