Patna's vision 2021

Patna's vision 2021

Unlike other cities of its size, Patna has not seen people from outside the state looking to invest in properties in the city. It’s the demand from the people living in the city.

According to the new Master Plan, satellite towns like Maner and Fatwah would be developed. Planned residential development will be encouraged in adjoining Hajipur and Sonepur, to relieve the pressure from the main city.
