The list of upcoming property hubs (Cold Markets, Sizzling Properties) was unique and very useful. Several publications are writing about the fall in property prices, but I couldn't find the cities and localities which make for good bargains right now. I want to buy an apartment as an investment and your list has helped me narrow down my choices to two small cities. Keep up the good work.

We are glad you found the story useful. As the demand in big cities continues to rise, property prices are unlikely to witness the steep blanket correction that is being anticipated. Hence, it makes sense to look beyond the obvious choices, especially for those who want to buy real estate as an investment. If you want specific information about any city featured in the story, please write to us again.

All life insurance companies give hefty commissions, ranging from 25-50% in the first year to 5-7.5% in subsequent years, to agents. Often, a chunky portion of this amount is promised to investors. This allurement is used to missell insurance policies. If mutual funds don't charge entry loads for direct investments, why aren't endowment policies, Ulips, etc, exempt from commissions? The insurance industry is afflicted with corrupt practices. I hope you will raise such issues in your magazine.

Your information is correct, but nowhere in the story have we claimed that HDFC Bank offers this facility with current accounts.
