Ducati launches Multistrada 1200 Pikes Peak in India

Italian superbike maker Ducati on Tuesday launched 'Multistrada 1200 Pikes Peak' model in India, priced at Rs 20.06 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).

The bike will be available across the company's dealerships in Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune and Bengaluru, Ducati India said in a statement.

"The Multistrada 1200 Pikes Peak is a motorcycle in which touring capability meets performance. With its race inspired looks and cutting edge technology, the Pikes Peak is in a league of its own and we're sure enthusiasts will appreciate this version of the Multistrada," Ducati India Managing Director Ravi Avalur said.

The bike is powered by a twin-cylinder engine and equipped with cornering ABS, cornering lights on full-LED headlight, wheelie control, traction control and cruise control.

Besides, the Bluetooth module together with multimedia system lets riders connect the bike to a smartphone and manage key multimedia functions.

The bike also comes loaded with ultralight carbon fibre componentry and silencer
