Honda is expected to launch its much awaited Brio Amaze sedan on Friday in Thailand at a starting price of Rs 8.18 lakhs(approximately). The
car is likely to be available in India by next year.
The all new Brio's top end variant will be available for Rs 9.39 lakhs(approximately). The engine of the Amaze sedan has been developed by former Honda's F1 team and the car is expected to deliver a good mileage.

The details of the model will be announced later this month in Thailand and next financial year in India," Honda Cars India said in a statement.
According to reports, the diesel engine for the Amaze will be based on the 1.6-litre Earth Dreams unit that powers the Honda Civic in Europe.
In Thailand, Honda Brio Amaze will be launched in four variants which include Brio Amaze S MT, Brio Amaze V MT, Brio Amaze S AT and Brio Amaze V AT.
In India, the Honda Amaze will be available with a petrol engine and a newly-developed diesel engine and will be positioned in the entry-level sedan segment for the Indian market.
Facebook's Honda Brio Amaze Club Thailand page has posted pictures of the car before its worldwide launch. It was here where the name of the car was revealed.
The car would be pitched in India against the likes of Maruti Suzuki Dzire, Toyota Etios, Tata Indigo CS and Mahindra Verito CS.
