Nissan to hike Micra, Sunny prices from Nov 1
Nissan Motor India will increase the prices of its hatchback Micra and
midsize sedan Sunny with effect from November 1, to offset rising input
and transportation costs.

Nissan Motor India will
increase the prices of its hatchback Micra and midsize sedan Sunny with effect from November 1, to offset rising input and transportation costs.
Micra is currently priced between Rs 4.22 lakh and Rs 6.42 lakh, while Sunny is
available between Rs 5.93 lakh and Rs 8.93 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
The recently launched
multi utility vehicle Nissan Evalia will not be affected, the company said in a statement. Nissan did not disclose the quantum of hike in prices.
Commenting on the proposed price increase, Hover Automotive India Director (Sales & Marketing) Nitish Tipnis, said: "The prices are being revised to partially offset appreciation in input and transportation costs." Hover is the marketing partner for Nissan.
Nissan in India offers a range of products across hatchback, sports, SUV and sedan segments, that include the Teana, Xtrail and 370Z. It has three locally produced models - Micra, Sunny and the newly launched Evalia.
