The India Day Parade in New York saw an impressive turnout as people from various backgrounds came together to celebrate. A standout feature of the parade was a wooden carnival float depicting the Ram Mandir, a grand pink sandstone temple from Ayodhya, decorated with flowers. The parade was alive with patriotic songs, Indian flags, dhols, and dancing, creating a vibrant atmosphere. Religious songs accompanied the float, enhancing the spiritual tone of the event. Swami Avdheshanand Giri Ji Maharaj, who attended at the invitation of the Indian-American community, praised the parade’s display of India's divine and cultural heritage.
