Chowrangee Assembly Election 2026

Polling for the CHOWRANGEE Assembly seat will take place in the second phase on April 29, 2026.

Vote counting and the declaration of results for the CHOWRANGEE Assembly seat, along with all constituencies of the West Bengal Legislative Assembly, will be held on May 4, 2026.

In the 2021 election for the CHOWRANGEE seat, AITC candidate Bandyopadhyay Nayna won with 70101 votes. They defeated BJP candidate Devdutta Maji by a margin of 45344 votes. Devdutta Maji received 24757 votes in total.

In the 2021 election for the CHOWRANGEE seat, the runner-up was BJP candidate Devdutta Maji. They were defeated by AITC candidate Bandyopadhyay Nayna. Devdutta Maji secured a total of 24757 votes, losing by a margin of 45344 votes.
