Haroa Assembly Election 2026

Polling for the HAROA Assembly seat will take place in the second phase on April 29, 2026.

Vote counting and the declaration of results for the HAROA Assembly seat, along with all constituencies of the West Bengal Legislative Assembly, will be held on May 4, 2026.

In the West Bengal Assembly Elections 2021, the HAROA seat was won by AITC. The winning candidate, Islam Sk Nurul (Haji), secured 130398 votes. The runner-up was from RSMJP, whose candidate Kutubuddin Fathe received 49420 votes.

In the previous election in HAROA, Islam Sk Nurul (Haji) secured victory as a candidate from AITC. They received a total of 130398 votes, accounting for a vote share of 57.3%.

In the 2021 election for the HAROA seat, AITC candidate Islam Sk Nurul (Haji) won with 130398 votes. They defeated RSMJP candidate Kutubuddin Fathe by a margin of 80978 votes. Kutubuddin Fathe received 49420 votes in total.

In the 2021 election for the HAROA seat, the runner-up was RSMJP candidate Kutubuddin Fathe. They were defeated by AITC candidate Islam Sk Nurul (Haji). Kutubuddin Fathe secured a total of 49420 votes, losing by a margin of 80978 votes.

The West Bengal Assembly (Vidhan Sabha) has a total of 294 seats. Public representatives are elected directly.
