Jangipara Assembly Election 2026

Polling for the JANGIPARA Assembly seat will take place in the second phase on April 29, 2026.

In the 2021 election for the JANGIPARA seat, AITC candidate Snehasis Chakraborty won with 101885 votes. They defeated BJP candidate Debjit Sarkar by a margin of 17926 votes. Debjit Sarkar received 83959 votes in total.

In the 2021 election for the JANGIPARA seat, the runner-up was BJP candidate Debjit Sarkar. They were defeated by AITC candidate Snehasis Chakraborty. Debjit Sarkar secured a total of 83959 votes, losing by a margin of 17926 votes.
