
PNB Housing Finance Limited has released its Q2 FY25 consolidated unaudited financial results, showcasing a strong performance with a net profit increase of 22.6% year-on-year and 8.5% quarter-on-quarter, reaching ₹469.7 crore. Key highlights include a moderate Net Interest Income (NII) growth of 1.2% YoY to ₹668.6 crore, with the retail segment NII rising by 13%. Operating expenses increased by 18.6% YoY, and the disbursement surged by 27.8% YoY to ₹5,341 crore, fueled by impressive growth in the Affordable and Emerging Market segments. Gross NPA declined significantly, reaching 1.24% compared to 1.78% a year earlier, and recovery from the retail written-off pool added INR 48 crore.
