Eating out is no longer about stuffing yourself - it is more about flavour, variety and feeling good post-meal. As people dine out more frequently than ever before, health consciousness is on the rise and so is Ozempic. As of May 2025, more than 12% of Americans have used GLP-1 drugs for weight loss (FAIR Health). This is a trend that is mirroring in London and Dubai, food capitals outside of New York. In Manhattan, a range of restaurants are now introducing “Ozempic menus” or “skinny jab menus” to cater to the growing need for bite-sized food. And now India is also becoming more image and health-conscious. People are cutting back on drinking when they don’t feel it and are not embarrassed to order small portions of meal. Is this the future of dining? Or just a passing trend?
