FM Nirmala Sitharaman Addresses NYSE, Emphasises India’s Role In The New World Order

The Finance Minister spoke on India’s emerging role in the new world order. “India finds itself today at a special moment in its history where it is poised for a brighter, and more resilient tomorrow. A more central and fundamental role beckons India in the new economic order”, the Finance Minister said. She highlighted how India has emerged as one of the fastest-growing economies in the world and has witnessed a profound positive transformation in the last ten years. “India is determined to not just contribute to but also determine the shape and direction of global recovery, while redefining its own place in the global economic order,” Nirmala Sitharaman said.
