Union Minister Nitin Gadkari announced a significant milestone in India's sustainable agriculture efforts at the 63rd ACMA Annual Session in Delhi. He stated that the practice of burning crop stubble has been successfully curtailed, with 1 lakh liters of ethanol now produced from stubble. Additionally, 150 tonnes of bio bitumen are being generated. Gadkari envisions a future where fuel for commercial airplanes, fighter jets, and helicopters will be derived from farm-produced resources, highlighting the country's commitment to green and innovative energy solutions while supporting agricultural communities. This marks a positive step towards cleaner and more sustainable fuel sources in India.
