A day after a violent mob wreaked havoc at RG Kar Hospital in Kolkata, demands for justice have intensified across India. Protests are erupting in cities from Delhi to Chandigarh to Kerala, with doctors rallying nationwide for justice for Abhaya and urging for the Central Protection Act. So far, 19 arrests have been made, with the police releasing images and names of three accused. This comes after Kolkata police identified and exposed the thugs responsible for the violence. The Bengal CID has released a new video depicting the violent clash between the mob and police on the night of the hospital vandalism. Additionally, four RG Kar doctors are currently under CBI interrogation regarding their actions on the night of the crime.
