PM Modi Highlights The ‘5 Big Development Guarantee’ In BJP’s Manifesto

PM Modi's significant push preceding the Lok Sabha polls involved the release of the BJP's manifesto, termed 'Sankalp Patra', under the slogan "Modi ki Guarantee". The manifesto, comprising 14 promises, prioritizes women's empowerment, youth and poverty alleviation. Among its pledges, the BJP vows to implement 'one nation, one election' and a Uniform Civil Code. It also proposes a free ration scheme benefiting at least 80 crore people over the next 5 years, alongside endeavors to eliminate electricity bills and extend Ayushman cover to transgender individuals. Further infrastructural developments are promised, including the establishment of new airports and railway stations, and the introduction of three new models of Vande Bharat trains. Additionally, the Bullet train project is slated for expansion across North, South, and East India.
