PM Narendra Modi At CII Session: Industry Should Compete With The Govt

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s inaugural speech at the CII Annual Session had a challenge for the Indian industry. “I want the industry to not only cooperate with the government but to compete with the government”, PM Modi said. Speaking about the 5 job-oriented schemes in the PM Package in Budget 2024-25, the PM said the initiative will bring skilled youth to not only the Indian but the global marketplace. He cited the ₹2-lakh-crore incentives saying the industry should help in boosting employment for the youth.
