Prime Minister Narendra Modi Leads India's Stance At World Climate Summit

 Addressing the opening session of the COP28 Summit in Dubai, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said India proposes to host COP33 in 2028. Stating that India contributes less than 4 per cent to global carbon emissions, Modi asserted that the country has presented a model of development to the world striking great balance between ecology and economy.
