Rajnath Singh Highlights Need For Tri-Services Jointness & Readiness

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, speaking at the Tri-Services Seminar in Delhi, drew inspiration from Goddess Durga to highlight the importance of unified power in facing extraordinary challenges. He stressed that the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force are all working towards greater operational readiness, but the next step must be the creation of a joint service command and pan-India tri-service logistics integration. Singh underscored the need for a common digital backbone that will respect the distinct requirements of each service while ensuring shared visibility of critical stocks. He emphasised that true strength lies in jointness, and only when the three services move forward together can India effectively tackle the challenges of the future.
