Started With Rs 50 Lakh, This 4th-Largest Pharma Firm Is All Set To Launch Its IPO

Mankind Pharma IPO will open for subscription on April 25, Tuesday. The three-day subscription window will close on April 27. The IPO is entirely an offer for sale (OFS) of 40,058,844 equity shares. Promoters and other existing shareholders are selling their stakes in the company. This includes promoters Ramesh Juneja, Rajeev Juneja and Sheetal Arora. The company has fixed the IPO price band at Rs 1,026 - Rs 1,080. The company is planning to raise Rs 4,326 crore from the offer. Since the IPO is completely an OFS, the company will not receive any net proceeds from the issue and the entire net proceeds will go to the selling shareholders.
