The Trump administration plans to implement reciprocal tariffs against countries charging higher tariffs on US products. Starting 2 April, the US will match tariffs imposed by other nations. Trump cited examples of high tariffs from India, China, and South Korea. He emphasised the unfairness of current trade practices and the need for a balanced approach in international trade.
