From plucking tea leaves to raising children, their struggle reflects resilience and hope. Despite government support for essentials, workers continue to demand fair wages, seeking an increase from Rs 250 to at least Rs 350–500 per day. With elections approaching, these communities—impacting nearly 38 constituencies—hold significant political weight.
