
At the India AI Impact Summit, Vylo has showcased an AI Wearable that records conversations between a customer and a salesperson.
The purpose of the recording is to provide important sales metrics beyond just sale numbers to the company making the sale. The wearable sends the recording data to a software which uses an AI algorithm to understand and showcase exactly what transpired between the salesman and the customer during the sales call.
The algorithm can also point out whether the salesman correctly explained all key points and USPs of the product to a customer and what they missed out on, creating a complete and detailed report of what went right and what went wrong during the sale.
