Domjur Assembly Election 2026

Polling for the DOMJUR Assembly seat will take place in the second phase on April 29, 2026.

In the 2021 election for the DOMJUR seat, AITC candidate Kalyan Ghosh won with 130499 votes. They defeated BJP candidate Rajib Banerjee S/O- Late Dhananjoy Banerjee by a margin of 42620 votes. Rajib Banerjee S/O- Late Dhananjoy Banerjee received 87879 votes in total.

In the 2021 election for the DOMJUR seat, the runner-up was BJP candidate Rajib Banerjee S/O- Late Dhananjoy Banerjee. They were defeated by AITC candidate Kalyan Ghosh. Rajib Banerjee S/O- Late Dhananjoy Banerjee secured a total of 87879 votes, losing by a margin of 42620 votes.

The West Bengal Assembly (Vidhan Sabha) has a total of 294 seats. Public representatives are elected directly.
